I did this waterfall today. It was gorgeous. The drive getting there was spectacular through the National Forest. I made several stops to take pictures of the creek and lake.

This is a great trail to take great grandma or great grandpa to because it’s completely paved. The falls are absolutely mesmerizing all that rock is just beautiful! Expect to run into many people.

Great trail, especially for kids and families! There were a lot of bugs though. The view is definitely worth the uphill incline on the way there.

Great trail. It is paved so you really can wear whatever to complete the hike. The waterfall is beautiful! I did this hike last August. It was warm enough then to dunk under the falls and feel refreshed. Must do in Hyalite!

Road in under construction starting at the reservoir, goes to a one lane road and detours through the campground(which they closed to camping) BE VERY CAREFUL as you will have cars going both directions even though it's one lane due the the construction( very bumpy and a few spots get pull over to let others coming the other way though) Once exiting the campground it will go back to 2 lanes. Once you get to the trail head, the toilet is locked(assuming due to Covid, so plan accordingly)

Classic hike to bring out of towners on. Paved the whole way up so anyone can get up there. Really cool to see in the winter, even with the longer approach when the east fork road closes. Take the time to scramble around and play in the rocks in the summer, or bring ice gear and climb it in the winter.

Beautiful falls. The trail was icy at the top so I wore crampons and was just fine. The road to this trail was horrible, the main one covered with pot holes and second one covered in snow. The hike was worth it.

Super easy paved trail with the reward of a waterfall at the end. Completed on 8/23/19. We didn’t feel challenged enough and went on to do Grotto Falls afterward.

Short hike with paved trail. Family friendly and a beautiful waterfall. For a challenge I recommend trying to climb to the top of the falls.

I really did enjoy this hike. It is beautiful. However, there is dog poop EVERYWHERE. Pretty discouraging that people who enjoy going out in nature don't respect it or take them time to be responsible.

Pretty trail! The last little bit (.05 miles) is pretty uphill. Other than that, it was an easy hike. We got there before lunch and didn't get to see sunlight on the waterfall. Afternoon might be better for that.

Very pretty waterfall and forest. It is short and a lot of people, but it is great for young kids. The drive to it is pretty too.
