Paved trail, so super easy except in winter when icy!!!!
Pros: Family friendly, easy grades, beautiful tall waterfall (seasonal), short
Cons: Crowded, limited parking
Exxellent short trail with beautiful scenery. Great to take little kids on. Falls are beautiful. Once you are at the falls you need to watch your step as there are lots of sharp, jagged rocks that can be slick. Easy and quick trail.
Easy going, paved trail with gorgeous, towering rock walls at the finish.
Beautiful falls at the end of this gradual uphill walk on an asphalt trail. Once you get to the falls if you'd like to add an extra challenge, go over the falls & up a very steep & slippery (but short) trek. You are able to see a great view of the canyon & Hyalite Resevoir.
Easy, paved trail, great for stroll or run... Waterfall is worth it at the end. Plenty of easy exploring to do around the area
This is a short hike with barely over 300 feet of elevation gain. The trail is paved all the way to the falls and is wheelchair accessible. Great hike for all ages and abilities. You can get more details and photos here: www.montanatrailbriefs.com/hikes/palisade-falls
Nice easy paved trail. Can go all the way to the waterfall if you choose to.
Nice easy hike.
