My family and I hike here often. It's an easy trail and very enjoyable. Too much traffic for our taste, so we try to hit it during the off seasons. Great views and places to picnic.

Beautiful falls! Beware for those coming from lower elevations or breathing problems, there are some steep areas of the trail. Otherwise, just a nice short walk in the woods. Our friends loved it.

Quick and easy, and really not that far outside of Big Sky.
The falls freeze nicely during the winter, so some climb it. I wouldn't recommend it lately as it hasn't frozen very well at the base the last few years.
