Cramp-ons are recommended; a bit icy. Pretty hike with a view at the halfway point.

Great trail! Did this the day after getting 4-6” of snow, so there was some breaking trail. Trail was lightly trafficked; I did the overlook trial into the notch trial.

Trails are well maintained, heads up on horse droppings if you have a dog but otherwise a lovely hike moderate to easy. Well signed and easy to navigate as well

Great hike. We went there an hour before sunrise and watched the sun rise at the top. It was slightly strenuous to get to the top but we also were on a timeline! Trails were easy to follow and view was breath taking

Really enjoyable system of trails for all experience levels. Nothing too difficult. Nice walk and views. Will definitely come back out and walk some of the other trails.

Pretty blue lake at the top! Not many people. Not too long of a hike. Dogs allowed on leash. I followed the blue markings until I couldn’t find anymore then turned left on the red markings down to the car

HikingGreat!

Loved this trail. Easy to find parking lot. Not many people on trail but bikers did kick up dust. Trail markers clearly mark trail. Several trails there, but they are all clearly marked and are color coded. Beautiful view of Foys lake. Started at 7pm and was worried it would get dark so just went to the top and came back down the same way so we did not do the entire loop. Gets darker later here, so probably could have done the whole hike. Really enjoyed it nonetheless.

Trailmarkers are pretty clear but still got lost a few times so it helps to reference AllTrails during the hike. The picnic and bench areas aren't marked so AllTrails helped me find them. Clear view to the West but the Lake view was not as clear as I thought it would. It's best by the sign that provides more info on the area. Trail is shared by horses and bikes and they will kick up dust.
