Difficulty level is accurate- our group had people of all fitness levels and we completed the hike in about 3 hours. Beautiful and varied views, highly recommend this trail. Didn’t run into too many other hikers, saw a few dogs on the trail.

Great moderate hike with spectacular views. Lots of wild flowers and a little snow. Loved the mountain meadows. Got there around noon and parking was full. The hike took us 3 hours to complete.

Bug spray and cover up for the flies! We did this hike in late July with the beargrass on full display.
