Very peaceful trail located just minutes from downtown Bozeman. Thick trees and vegetation with a slim dirt trail. Great for walking dogs, jogging, or bike rides.

Nice little trail going through town, good place for a jog.

I began south of the MSU football stadium at 15th St between Alder Creek and Brookdale - the current end of the trail in this direction. The trail near Morning Star Elementary and the Museum of the Rockies was muddy in several places. It’s a beautiful, shaded trail with few street crossings.

Nice in town walk, heavily trafficked. You can see the "M", MSU, and all of downtown. Lots of bikers, runners and dogs.

I got stabbed on this trail. Would consider hiking it again.

One of the easiest and easily accessible trails in Bozeman that can take you places both north and south of Main Street. Start at the new library and head south and up on Peet's Hill and go south all the way to Goldenstein Lane. Or head north on Wallace Street and wind your way to the Story Mill Spur trail that will eventually lead you to the Gallatin Reservoir. Lots of fun and some nice shady spots along the way. You are likely to spot deer if you get out early.
