Hiking trails are great for an all around cardio-strengthening workout as you get a strong interval training on the short up and down hills.
Off and on shady and sunny.
The views aren't too shabby either.

Big Sky might just be my all time favorite! They call it "white smoke" and it is fresh powder every day so light that you can get lost in it. I spent a month at Chet Huntley Lodge once skiing from open to close every day and never tired of it. From white-outs up in the bowl to world champion figure eight competitors, we had a blast.
