Scout Lake Trail is a 0.2 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Laclede, Missouri that features a lake and is good for all skill levels. The Scout Trail winds through native timber that circles the Scout Lake area of the park. It crosses several wooden foot bridges along the trail and over corners of the lake. Wildflowers abound in the spring.

I caught this trail just right. The forest flowers were in full blooom along with the dogwoods. Nice little trail.
