The loop is not active. i couldn't find a way across the creek so their must be a bridge out. It's still a beautiful place to hike and it was enjoyable just to walk along the creek

Nice place to saunter around, with many paths through the woods as well as a paved trail you can spend hours exploring along the creeks. If you journey up the side of a hill you may even find some caves and sinkholes that are fun to poke around

Pictures in previous post enjoy For some reason on All Trails is a review for Ritter Springs Park but it isnt...it is Sac River Mountain Bike Trail...this review is for the real Ritter Springs Park which is immediately south of the Litte Sac River from the Mtn Bike area. I attached a Boy Scout map of the various trails from 20 years ago (only one known to exist according to the Park Board) of the trails at Ritter. It is a great park. By far the best in the Springfield Greene County Park District for hiking!
