Water level was low for waterfall, but nice, clear trails.

I love this trail. It’s easy to travel and has a great amount of diversity in the scenery to keep you interested the whole way through. The intensity of the waterfall changes quite a bit depending on recent rainfall.

Absolutely gorgeous. The waterfall was inspired and it's a long enough hike.

this was so fun for my little 2 year old! there were a lot of different trails but it was stroller friendly for the most part. no dogs allowed so we had to leave our German Shepherd at home unfortunately. the waterfall was a blast to climb around and play in the water!

Had a wonderful time with our three year old twins. Loved all the bridges and benches placed at scenic spots along the trail. Also loved the sound of water along most of our hike. We didn’t realize dogs weren’t welcome but outside of that five stars and highly recommend.

We took 2 strollers along with us, it was good for the most part, on the way after the waterfall- we ended up having to lift the strollers over some steps and logs along the trail, but it was a great walk for our family. Nicely shaded, beautiful waterfall and views.

Took all the trails, beautiful outside, smelled great. Not a single piece of litter, was only going to take Kate trail but I took it twice and white tail once

We love going hiking here! Plenty of areas to roam and lots of creek and waterfall areas! Plenty of shade as there’s trees all around. A good amount of park benches placed throughout when you need a little break. The trails are very well kept.

beautiful little trail. The trail is very well maintained. We saw a lot of deer and some close up. I was able to do this even though I recently had back surgery and I'm out of shape.

This was an easy and very relaxing trail. We thought it was also beautifully scenic with waterfalls and marshy areas. Along with turkeys we also saw a woodchuck. We plan to definitely return.

Trail is amazing. I saw 7 Turkey 3 babies and a ton of other birds. Only a few squirl but no flowers to speak of im hoping it was due to the time of the year becauseit advertisesthem heavily. Easy hike all of it a 5 yr old could do with little to no assistance assuming they dont get tiered. Even saw one couple with a stroller ( quite ambitious as there are steps in the trails). I would highly recommend going for a local walk.

September 1 around 10:00 a.m. Lots of water in the falls today. You can hear them from far out. Trails had a few muddy spots but none that completed obstructed getting by. Things are in great shape there. The wide trails are great for any level of hiker. Take a camera!

Great short hike if you are wanting to get out of the city and into nature for a bit. You can always hop on the other trails here if you want to go a bit further as well

Nice family friendly walking trail. Plenty wide, can be muddy when it rains. Plenty of benches if you need a break. Take the “White Tail Trail” for more adventuresome, robust hike.

One of my favorite trails in the KC area. Easy, beautiful, great views, lots of wildlife and plants (honeysuckle, bamboo, mushrooms, fish, dragonflies, crawdads, deer and more).

Trail is not dog friendly. We had to take our dog all the way back home once we got here, after seeing dogs were not allowed on the trail. Awesome little hike with cool views. Little slick and muddy with the rain lately.

I loved this trail. My 7 yo and I loved the waterfall, rumbling creek, and the path was easy to follow. An area with a log across the creek provided at least a half hour of entertainment for my adventurous kid.

The waterfall is beautiful, and tends to only be running full after a TON of rain! This Sanctuary has amazing biodiversity and quaint trail characteristics. It is a must-see - a tranquil spot. You can still hear an occasional car or train but for the most part it is quiet especially with full foliage. Great surrounding area as well - Parkville is so cute. Really lucky to have this right next to Park Uni campus!
