Not only boring, but had recently flooded so it was also an eyesore. Kind of a shame - might check it out again if it ever gets fixed up. Go the other direction, up the hill, and explore some of the wooded loops instead.

when not flooded this is a great flat, looped paved, mostly shady trail. boring views. went in December 2019 and still closed though.

Still flooded about 1/2 mile into it. Flood waters ARE receding.

most of this trail was flooded so i didnt get the full experience. did the small .4 loop and that was nice. looking forward to coming back when the water goes down and the trail is clear.

looks like it might be a really great nice easy trail but the river's too hot water over I could make it got about 2 miles in mile and a half or so

Trail is super boring. Thankfully we started at the upper parking area, so at least that small hilly portion is interesting. The remainder of the trail is completely flat and circles a corn field. Would probably be great for bikes or those who don’t like hills, but I just found it utterly boring. We actually turned back halfway through

A super flat walking or cycling trail with zero challenge except a sun with little relief. The trail is fine and would be a great spot to test new gear but doesn’t present any real difficulty. Not much wildlife visible and often you’ll find yourself between crops on a clean paved path.

Flat paved loop. Quick to run

Eight miles from my house and it’s like you’re in another world. The walking paths are paved and very well maintained. Moderately trafficked and there are also trails off the main that really get you into the thick of things.

Just renovated, and beautiful! Scenic views of the Mississippi River, wetlands, wildflowers, caves, etc. A bit crowded, but to be expected since it was just reopened. Nice paved trails, some of which have slightly challenging elevation. Great bike ride!

Good, flat, paved trail. harder in the summer as 2.5 miles of the trail is under direct sunlight with no shade. fun to take little ones on with their scooters/bikes.

5 mile paved loop, most of it open to the sun. Right on the Mississippi, so often flooded. Most interesting during a light snow fall. Great place to train with the backpack. Looking forward to the Greenway expansion !

Great exercise. Nice long trail that goes by a crop of soybeans along the flood plain. A few side trails that go to the river. All in all good hike.
