Mill Creek Park Trail is a 0.4 mile heavily trafficked loop trail located near Kansas City, Missouri that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for walking and running. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

I enjoy mill creek. It’s a great way to squeeze in some exercise if you live around Westport or the plaza. They’ve slowly updated the gym equipment and all of it is straightforward to use

This trail is very open and easy. Great for everyone. They have few exercises including beautiful fountain. Perfect for people to see gorgeous Plaza especially Christmas.
