Some sections are overgrown and other sections are very open and pleasant. The highlight of the whole trail is the natural bridge (more of a natural tunnel)
The redbird section a short section that connects other sections. It follows a ridgeline. Overall the Kaintuck trail is simple and easy, does have a couple of nice highlights with springs and natural tunnel.
