Lower portion very nice wooded trail. Upper portion is has very little travel and is very overgrown.
Forested area next to the city of Cape Girardeau. There are few little off shoot trails from the main one. I saw a lot of birds while hiking. Relatively easy trail with a few gentle hills. This area is used for research so please do not disturb research efforts!
