It was great. Sumeet and I rode downtown to the Arch. He told me a story about some wild TFA girl who kept telling people to kill themselves and inquired earnestly why people don’t consider St. Louis’s bridges to be on par with the Golden Gate.

Great!

We looked at the Arch from a distance so we could visit Busch Stadium and the bars across from the ballpark. The bar scene here is hopped up big!

Lovely walk around the Arch, the trail as marked meanders a bit so don't get stuck on doing the exact route. Do yourself a favor and take a leisurely stroll around the grounds.

It rained the day before we went so there were a few muddy spots, but nothing bad. Easy enough to do with my 3 kids - age 9,7&5. Not a lot to climb on but the trail was nice and shaded and a good hike.

Running

The Archgrounds and riverfront are a great place for some easy, scenic jogging. Great scenery if it is a nice day. You can watch this video I recorded of a run here to get the idea of what to expect https://youtu.be/MOnz3tDDCkM

The arch is amazing to go and see. As is the old courthouse and the area nearby. If you’re in St. Louis this is a must!

If you’re visiting St Louis, you’re likely to stroll through this park. From views of the churning River, subtle skyline juxtaposed against the most miraculous contemporary shape that is the arch, it’s easy to see why this area draws attention. The city has done a lot of good for this area in recent years. Cheers to Missouri for entering the National Park big leagues

Arch and homeless. That's all I have to say. If you want drugs, take this trail. Also, there is a big curved Arch.

Nice walk along the river while going to the arch and visiting the downtown area. Great little walk, but as mentioned, they are doing a lot of work in the area.
