This is a short walk through the oak hardwoods of the ozarks. This is a conservation area so no ATV's are allowed. Horses are only allowed in designated areas.

This trail is not in good condition and is not marked clearly. Disappointing

Quick and easy trail when you need to kill some time. There were other trails as well I could have explored if I had the time. Four stars only because the marking seems random (luckily the trail was clear) and the only cool thing to see was the Gibson Spring.

Short walk. Several tree falls blocking the main path down from parking lot however alternate foot path cuts through brush and briars to the right. Well maintained area adjacent to the spring with picnic tables and a hitching post. Spring originates from under a tree and is ice cold. I live in the area and didn't know this existed until I joined AllTrails.

Very open and flat. Entire conservation area is able to be walked as it is multi-use for horse's. We did the Gibson Spring trail and added another 3 miles worth of horse trails.

Nice level walk in and out unless you take an alternate route to another parking area as we did to explore. The water was nice and the fire pit area was pretty neat with the pot holder and stumps. Would be fun to bring a group out there. Quick easy trek out into nature.
