Nice little night hike. There are endless trails and paths throughout Forest Park. I'm pretty sure I have been on every single one of them a dozen times. This is one of my medium loops I do occasionally. Was a little chilly, but all of the views and museums make it worth it. Especially the planetarium! #hikinghonkeyOnInstagram
I primarily I primarily stuck near water to look for migratory fowl. Be sure to visit the hatchery if your looking for some bird action!
Second best day ever in the park. Glorious trek through sparkling powder.
Lovely walk, lots of people even in winter. A few sections on the south side are next to heavy traffic on Route 40, but tranquil for most of the way.
It’s ok - gravel path next to busy roads. I prefer more nature through the woods kind of trails, but it’s fine.
