Great view of Nims Lake, and a nice 8-10 foot waterfall are along this trail. Great early morning views of the mist on Nims Lake, and a small 8-10 foot waterfall make this a truly enjoyable hike. Several hills make this hike more interesting, and the views from the top are fantastic. You will cross a small creek many times, with water depth ranging from 1 inch to mid calf during the rainy season. There are an abundance of flowers and Flowering Dogwoods along the trail. This is a great moderate trail to hike, and with the bonus of Castle Rocks at the end, it makes the hike a great one.
