Great Trail! Lots of little side trails, so we got off track a little but easily found our way back to a sanctioned trail! We saw several caves, lots of cliffs, beautiful scenery and even a good handful of wildlife!

Very nice trail. It’s a little confusing because it takes on parts of 3 different trails. The waterfall was dry, but the lake was beautiful along the Taneycomo part of the trail.

Great hike with lots of options & tons of awesome scenery. Difficulty level varies based on the path you choose. The blue & purple trail are work the workout.

Pay attention to the color markers in the beginning and on trails. I didn’t and was going by the trail name, thus got me mixed up to start. But trails well marked by color. Just moderate at most except for steps. I only went down so not bad but the path is narrow. And coming up would obviously be much harder. All in all short, nicely shaded trails.

Nice clean trail, well worth the hike my only complaint is if you look at the recordings a little stretch of the trail is right along the water which would be great but the trees are so overgrown it’s impossible to get a decent view

It was ok....that’s why 3 stars. Not as secluded as I would’ve hoped, but that’s what you get when you in the middle of a tourist city! But we can say we’ve done this trail! Off to the next one.

Little more technical than usual Missouri hike. There is a really cool cave that you can walk into- a little hard to find but worth checking out.

We decided to go clockwise on the trail going down the steeper path and coming back out the more gradual path. There was a little confusion with the trails at the waterfalls. We missed the one that went out to the one cave. It seemed like the trail was better marked for going counterclockwise. The steeper paths had loose rock so be careful. One could go out counterclockwise to the water and falls and go back the same way. There are several benches to rest. We were here in August, so the falls were not flowing, but the rock was still pretty impressive. There is a picture of the falls at the location during the rainy season. It would have been nice if the map that was displayed would show the trail marker numbers so one could tell exactly where they were.
