You can drive up the whole mountain. If you want to hike, park on hwy 176 right before the right turn. It is a gravel road from there to the mountain.

Highpoint Mississippi. Nothing to hike.

Went there for the high point. Not much to see, but it’s easy access.

Private Hunting Club. easy trail. often this trail is missed by those driving to fast to notice it as it starts in a bend several times in an out of the road. hunters access it by four wheelers. I have to as I'm a local. it is the highest point in Mississippi so it's not saying much lol. the trail is marked by a private property sign so maybe some miss it intentionally.

Very rocky road, drive slow but doable to drive up. Not impressive at all but it’s good if you are hitting all the high points in the USA (like we are). I

To make this more exciting, as soon as you get off the paved part onto the gravel turn into the right and park there. Pull out your AllTrails map so you can see where the very top is and just walk straight towards it through the woods.

Today marks high point #12 for me. The highpoint is nicely maintained with a sign and a summit register. If you have a small car and don’t want to hurt your suspension, best to park at the bottom of the last road and walk just one mile to the top. Three stars because not really a point to visit here unless you’re high pointing, the lack of a decent view due to radio towers around the summit, and the road leading to the top isn’t in the best shape.

Not a hike, you pull up to some communication towers and leave. Just to claim you did the high point. I would skip it unless you are in to hitting high points in each state.

Not so much a trail as a destination point to visit. Clean and well maintained road to the highest point in Mississippi.

Great high point to do if you have little kiddos! This was my 9th high point. It's not spectacular, but the trail was very well maintained and drivable if you'd prefer to drive up. This would be a 2 mile round trip if you chose to walk from CR-176 up Woodall Mountain Road (drivable/'hikeable' gravel road) Some nice up and down elevation gain to get the heart beating, but very easy for all skill levels. Summited July 20, 2017. Easy to find if you're in the area and the usual high point fun of signing the register and taking pics with a 'monument' await :)

Not much of a High Point. I parked at the bottom and walked the mile up.they have a registry and a boulder with a plaque and the High Point bench.. ****Tishomingo State Park is 10 minutes away it has amazing hiking trails and camp sites.*** that's what made this High Point trip awesome. Be sure to stop.

Pretty standard area in the woods. Not much of a view although the drive up to the top was nice.

Easy trip to the top of this state high point. Nice sitting area and high point marker at the summit. Not much of a view due to trees and radio towers. Beware of Jehovah witnesses flowing you to the summit in a limo.

It's a state high point so you gotta go if you are trying to hit them. It's basically a big hill in a subdivision or behind one. It is a nice view from the top though
