By Car: From Minneapolis take West River Parkway to Mill Ruins Park at the intersection of Portland Avenue. Parking is under the bridge in the park. By Bus: Bus route 22H stops at 5th Avenue and Washington Avenue.

The only downside for me is how crowded it gets. Visit Father Hennepin Bluff park on the north side of the bridge.
