Hike from the parking area for about a quarter mile along the snowmobile trail. The Moose Viewing Trail continues to the right, where it becomes a narrow path. The moose viewing platform is on the right, down a narrow trail through the woods. Watch for interpretive signs along the way to learn more about moose.

The trail was fine, there was no moose though. There is a super cool car in the woods though!

I wouldn’t call this a hike but a pleasant walk to a nature observation deck overlooking a marshy area and small lake where - if you’re timing is good - you might see a moose. We didn’t see any but our timing wasn’t the best as it was mid afternoon. I’d suggest closer to sunrise/sunset.

This was an easy hike to a viewing stand overlooking a small lake. No Moose.
