Did 7 miles of the paved trails around lake. Had my dog so didn't get off paved trails. Will go back alone and do the unpaved trails. Monday morning so not a lot of hikers. Would say park and trail would be very crowded on weekends.

has some nice walking trails as well as hiking trails . The park itself is nice seems like a nice place to take kids to let them run around and play .

I just started hiking here and I really enjoy the trails. It has a little bit of everything. Lake views, prairie, rolling hills, nice fall colors. I have been following the hiking/ mountain bike loops. You can hike for miles. I have done 4 and 9 mile loops. Trails are well marked with 1/4 mile markers. Take a map with you just in case.
