Paved trails on the south side of the lake, and the wooden path between lakes, are lovely. The natural trail on the north side of Crosby is pretty muddy in spots...I suggest long pants if you’re not going to keep to the paved trails. Water appears to be down, so everything seemed to be open.

pleasant trail. lots of other hikers and bikers, but everyone was friendly. we also saw lots of wildlife (variety of different birds, butterflies, and frogs). some segments are not passable or very muddy due to flooding.

a nice, relaxing, extremely easy walk. all flat, shaded, part of it is along the river so you may see eagles or other interesting birds. can get muddy and buggy but it's not uncomfortable.

Much Paved and mostly flat from entrance off Shephard road. There are wooded path options and paths that lead back to the river - good to go exploring.

Very pleasant place to walk. Mostly flat with lots of wildflowers and beautiful cool shade in spring and summer. Several trails within the park. Two lakes and the river to enjoy, plus a small boardwalk over a marsh. Land and water birds and occasional turtles and harmless snakes.

I great place to walk around sunset. I got some lovely photos of the sunset and saw a few beavers. The walking paths into the woods are my favorite. Very muddy in spring.

This is a nice place to go if you don't want to travel far and don't want anything even remotely strenuous. Beautiful little park right in the cities. We made use of the pavilion area, which has a bathroom and a large metal fire pit that's great for roasting marshmallows or some hot dogs. Cool place to spend a few hours.

There is a wide paved path that loops around the lake. The better trail is unmarked and will bring you to the Mississippi shore where it converges w/ the Minnesota river. There are a handful of foot paths near the paved path heading to the outer trail.

Very scenic and quiet, like an oasis in the city. The trail along the shore of the Mississippi winds among tall trees and is beautiful, and there is also a trail that includes a wooden walkway through the marsh area for a different type of beauty.

It was very beautiful but unfortunately he mosquitos were really horrible! Didn't make it all the way around because we did not come prepared.
