Hiked into Blind Lake the evening of 3/21, out the morning of 3/22. Trails were not as muddy as expected on way in - temp. was low-40s. Was one spot just before marker #5 that still had ice on the trail. Freezing temps and frost overnight froze the trails, so easy walk out. Blind Lake is beautiful spot to camp, if you don't mind noisy Sandhill Cranes during the night. The hike has plenty of elevation change for a Michigan hike and the trails are in good shape. My pics are geo-tagged on my track and higher resolution versions, plus a few more pics, are at https://johnmetzler.smugmug.com/Parks/Pinckney-State-Recreation-Area
