The wildflowers are beautiful, and abundant. We saw a wild turkey, a red fox, and (5) white-tailed deer.

This is a tranquil unmarked route through a small network of wooded trails on dunes with a peek at Lake Michigan. The wildflowers in April are amazing. The ticks can be fierce, while mosquitoes and poison ivy are seasonal. In the summer, there is a parking fee.
