This is a short loop trail in a small nature preserve with benches and labeled trees interspersed along the path. There are wildflowers in the spring, and sometimes deer pass through. The entrance to the preserve can be hard to see, and there is no parking lot. Park your car along a wide gravel shoulder on the north side of Powell Road, which is right in front of the entrance to the preserve.

Pretty little trail. Perfect for a quick nature walk. Except for the traffic in Powell Rd, you feel as if you're in the middle of nowhere.

I️ add this to my 3-mile walks because it’s such a pretty side trail.
