Macomb Trail is a 23.1 mile moderately trafficked point-to-point trail located near Utica, Michigan. The trail is good for all skill levels and primarily used for trail running, road biking, and mountain biking.
Great trail for biking or walking, takes you through some fairly wooded areas and some open enough to see part of the towns. You do have to cross a couple of streets along the way. Mornings are best if you want to avoid other people, it can get busy during the day on weekends. There is a "rest stop" with fairly clean bathrooms. Once you get familiar with the trail, you can find stores and restaurants just a few blocks away to refuel before heading back to your starting point.
Excellent trail for hiking, running, or biking. Busier on the weekends. Mornings are perfect.
