15.5 mile trail that can be connected to the Tart Trail for a longer ride. Starting in West Bay in TC ending in Suttons Bay. Well groomed trail open year round activities. This trail travels by the bay, through forests, rolling hills, orchards and wineries where you can stop in for a tasting. Plenty to see and do in both Suttons Bay and Traverse City making it a great "destination" ride.

Amazing day trip on this trail! We connected to 6 wineries/cider places and then ended with dinner in Sutton’s Bay Ave a $3 bus ride (w/our bikes) back to where we stayed close to TC off M-22. So incredible!

17 Miles all paved! Take the bus from Traverse City and ride back from Suttons’ Bay! Very beautiful ride. Winery at about the 7.5 mile point, Shady Lane Winery. Cheese plates and tastings.

Very well maintained trail. Many access points. Very light traffic on the trail and cross roads. My only complaint was it wasn't overly scenic. Lots of farmland. I got a little bored, but excellent in all other ways.

Great all seasons trail. Well maintained with rolling hills, forests, lakes, farmland, orchards and wineries along the trail. Plenty of things to see and do at both ends of the trail. One of my favorites to ride!
