My sister and I enjoyed a short walk on this trail. She's had recent knee replacement and couldn't go very far yet. We only walked starting at 44th st and turning back from 52nd but in that short time early on a Tuesday morning, we saw three separate does. One had two babies with her and another had one baby. They crossed right in front of us. One stopped for a moment to look at then walked into the trees. Beautiful.

Trail was flooded due to recent rains but enjoyed most of the trail. Very woodsy.

Great paved trail. Goes much farther than this says, but you can turn around whenever you want. There are a lot of people, so if you're looking for peace and quiet this probably isn't for you.
