Great trail. Easy to moderate. However, be warned, the last hill if you do the trail clockwise, is 4/10 of a mile of incline. After 2 days of hiking with a loaded pack.......be ready.

Beautiful! One of the best long hikes in the state. If you want something shorter, take a hike around Deadman's Hill or Landslide Hill.

This was an amazing loop trail. Untouched nature at it’s finest. Perfect weekend backpacking trip in the lower peninsula of Michigan.

Well-maintained, clearly marked trail made for a good trip, despite heavy rains. We stayed at Graves Crossing Friday night then hiked the trail Saturday-Sunday, spending Saturday night at the Pinney Bridge. We went clockwise. The first day had more more hills, but the second ended with a steep climb back up Deadman's Hill.

Had a great time hiking and backpacking the Jordan river Pathway. We did the trail counter clockwise and stayed at the campground overnight. The terrain was challenging the first day as there were many soggy areas. Glad we started early 9:00 am in the morning and got to the camp ground around 1:30, as the campground filled that afternoon. The 2nd day had the best views and many more hills.

My first backing trip and it was great. Easy to follow path and the distance of 9-10 miles per day with the campsite in the middle worked out great!

Backpacked this loop trail in late July. Pinney Bridge campground, the walk in campground, was nice. With few campers. First class overnight backpacking trip. I walked the trail counter clockwise starting at Deadman's Hill. The second day was quite challenging with plenty of hills to climb.

Hiked a 4 mile stretch with the wife and kids. We hiked from deadmans hill to Jordan river road. It was a beautiful hike with lots of beautiful views. Hoping to come back and hike the whole thing in the near future
