Fun trip, this paved bike trail is always well maintained. Took the family to lime lake, then went solo the rest of the way to Concord.

Very nice wide trail, shaded, some cracks and bumps near the midpoint of the trail. There is a brewery on Kirby Road about a mile from the Jackson MI trailhead on Weatherwax Road. Several places to stop and rest but the trail is short so I continued on by.

Very nice asphalt, smooth and perfect with out any potholes. I did 6 miles today with my Collie and we both really enjoyed the quiet peaceful walk. recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful. It’s flat though so if you’re looking for a physically challenging trail this really isn’t it. The scenery is gorgeous though and it’s well maintained. The description lists it as near concord but in reality this trail spans nearly the entire county and has multiple trailheads to park and access. This trail also has bike rentals available. I love this place.

I've been both biking and walking on Falling Waters Trail, and I can confirm that this is a really nice trail. It's well-maintained and usually not too crowded, although there is a section that runs by Lime Lake that attracts a lot of people during nice weather. This is southern Michigan, so don't expect breathtaking scenery, but the trail is pleasant with a good variety of woods, meadows, and fields, plus a couple small lakes. The section by Lime Lake follows a narrow strip of land between the north and south portions of the lake, so you are surrounded by water, which is kind of cool. There are areas where you can walk right down to the water if you want to dabble in the water. Just don't wade too far out into the lake unless you can swim; Lime Lake is an old quarry, and although I haven't swam in it, I'm told it is quite deep with a sharp and sudden drop-off. There is a parking lot at the trail start in Concord, and also a lot where the trail crosses Teft Road south of Spring Arbor.

This is a flat, straight paved rail trail. This site says it is 7.5 miles, but I believe it is much farther (upwards of 20?). There is some nice scenery, especially near the lake in Spring Arbor. (There is also a marathon/half-marathon/5k here in October.)
