If this is the Falling Waters Trail, it is a "rails to trails", paved bike trail, from Weatherwax Trail Head to Concord, MI. is close to 10 miles. If you begin in downtown Jackson, the trail could be close to 20 miles depending on your inter-city route and site seeing. I heard the Lime Lake Jackson County Park has a beach, and makes for a great day trip.

This is a flat, straight paved rail trail. This site says it is 7.5 miles, but I believe it is much farther (upwards of 20?). There is some nice scenery, especially near the lake in Spring Arbor.

(There is also a marathon/half-marathon/5k here in October.)
