Westport River (East Branch): Hix Bridge to Head of Westport is a 10.2 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Westport, Massachusetts that features a lake and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for canoeing and sea kayaking and is best used from April until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Love kayaking here. Been here many times, at frist reanting the equipment, lately with my own equipment. Learn about current times can help specially if you coming with beginners.
