It was a nice stroll through the woods. Easy to moderate hike although it was a little muddy when we went. No spectacular views but you’ll break a sweat for sure.

7.13.19. Easy and straight forward out and back hike, but not spectacular. Very pleasant stroll through the woods, the outbound section ending at the Berkshire South Community Center (close to the Barrington Brewery). Fountain Pond has a great view of Monument Mountain, and some beautiful water lilies. My stats if helpful: Distance: 4.1 miles Elevation Gain: 646 feet Moving Time: 1:33:47

Great little hike. The pond is beautiful. I saw two beavers! The trail is not challenging but has some incline.
