really great views of north Hampton and Erie house ruins are cool. Saw a black bear maybe 300 feet off the trail. Slightly terrifying but pretty cool.

Nice trail. Shorter than I thought. Rocky. Steep at points. Only 0.9mi before the M&M trail where you have to choose direction adding 0.8-1.4mi to your hike. Went up to Eyrie house ruins which was pretty cool. Before you get there though there's a nice rocky area (spray paint on rocks says Mayo) that has spectacular views. There's one rock point with steps ups on the M&M up to Eyrie House. Highly recommend this trail.
