I went Tue 5/19. It was a gorgeous day. Not too many other hikers at the time I arrived. Parking was easy. There were a couple of trees down. But nothing to complicated to get around. Lots of bugs. Some spots were steep. Gorgeous falls, great views of the lake and beautiful trail overall.

Great hiking. Thanks to my husband, Mike who had been there before, finding the trail was easy. I like the ridge trail, but going down and up the hill along the cascades was a little tough. I live in Petersham. Happy to have the beautiful cascades within 20 min. I found two kinds of color trillium, white and purple and lady's slippers are coming at the trail. also the lookout Jacob's ladder was a bonus. it looks over the mt Tully and Grace and the long pond, where we used to kayak.

Tranquil trail. Started just after 10am and only saw a few people at a distance and could easily move to the side to pass them at a safe distance. Nice and peaceful hike, and the falls were beautiful (the water cascades around a gradual slope, not a directly vertical drop of a waterfall). There were tons of bugs along the trail since parts had stagnant water flooded and not much of a breeze yesterday, but we managed and it was much better while moving.

Nice hike. Get there early to avoid crowds.

If you can make it to the Falls in rainy season this is a must see waterfall! Went today after it rained this morning and this is one of the most impressive waterfalls I’ve ever seen!

Parking is at Jacobs Hill. Trail needs a lot of clean up. Micro spikes definitely needed! Lots of icy hill.

It says it’s a moderate trail but with the steep ups and downs I would say it’s harder than moderate. Also falls were just a trickle so it was a disappointment after the hike to get there

The trail was fairly easy, but we never found the waterfall although there were a couple signs pointing the way. Maybe we didnt go far enough. Then we were lost but thanks to GPS I found our way out but came out on the road down from the parking lot. Very confusing.

Over grown trail. Poor marking. Waterfall very low pressure. Not a favorite

Great trail to go for a day hike. The first 10 miles or so are the best with much to see. After that it’s woods woods and more woods. Not busy at all nice for a quiet hike.

Trail is a little overgrown in parts, bring bug spray, quiet hike, didn’t see anyone else.

Gorgeous hike with a lot of variety. Very much worth the side trip up to the falls and the lookout.

Parking was hard because apple maps brings you away from trail head parking. Look for Jacob Hill. Then check map. Follow White circles. Follow water. Bring bug spray and bring good boots. This was a beautiful and magical trail, especially because suddenly as your hiking and listening to all the woodpeckers, the roar or flowing water suddenly appears and gets loader with each step. It’s multi-level waterfalls on the smaller side but still just as gorgeous. Rock scrambles 1/4 of the way to Tully lake. Little cute wooden bridges down there. River leads out to Tully lake.

relatively easy trail except maybe the rocky decline/incline at the falls. really got to look for trail markers as it's easy to wander off trail. falls were really flowing today! worth the trek.

This was a good short hike. Markings are clear along the trail, however, some of them can be pretty fairly spaced apart so just be aware - I went off trail a couple of times but didn’t get turned around too bad.
