if you hike gate 12 to 11 you'll need to take a right on bugbee stream Rd at bottom of hill or you'll end up at a dead end of former logging operation.also an outhouse at waters edge for fisherman .
Good. Nice walking trail.
This is more like walking a trail then hiking.
Lovely trail/hike. Saw lots of old stone walls, some foundations, and a wolf (or coyote?).
I visited this place about a year ago. Visit website below to see detailed pictures and commentary.
Our GPS logged this trail as 6.38 miles from gate 11 to gate 12. Add another 1/2 mile on the road between gates.
Easy and beautiful walk. It is 1/2 down hill, 1/2 up. Our almost 3 yr old did about 4.5 miles of it on his own.
Would be 5 stars if more scenic, this a nice trail for conditioning. 2.5 miles down hill and 2.5 uphill.
One of the most scenic places so much space an quietness
Always a peaceful place to go. The parking lot might be full and you still might not see another person for hours.
