A nice 1.3 mile loop in Acton. A very quiet trail perfect for the family or a hike with the dogs.

This is a beautiful area with a nice brook that runs through the middle, but is unbearably buggy. Lots of lush foliage with multiple wooden walkways crossing the brook at various intervals, but we had to maintain such a fast pace to avoid being eaten alive, it was difficult to enjoy. I was wearing OFF! Deep Woods Sportsman bug spray with 30% deet and the bugs laughed in my face. Bugs were all over my dog and I, in our ears and eyes. Just awful. Would probably be better in early spring or late fall, will be back. Normally I would rank this hike at 5 star for the scenery. So we’ll revisit during a better time of year. Hopefully

Pretty good quick off leash trail. All in the shade. Trail was well marked. Don't forget bug spray

The trails were well marked and the app was very useful which is good because I have the unfortunate curse of having no sense of direction. It's very light traffic and my dog enjoyed it very much. It's an easy trail and she's smaller so it was perfect. Smaller or less active dogs will enjoy this trail. Highly recommend for light hikers.

This is my 2 nd visit . Great little trail . The yellow loop is about an hour. A small pond in the beginning . The back loop follows Pratts stream which is very pretty. The trails do have some rocks and roots which I actually like. It gives you the feel of a wilderness hike in those sections . A few homes very close to trail . Overall a nice way to spend an hour
