Nutting Lake Area Trail is a 0.9 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Billerica, Massachusetts. The trail is good for all skill levels and offers a number of activity options. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Hiking

the trail is a bit rugged as it follows an eschar over the over the Nutting Lake Marsh. The trailis not blazed and requires GPS to follow that hike as there are many intersecting trails , but it's very short; it's over in a matter of minutes. Good to get out in the fresh air. There are vernal pools that probably will Harbor the spring peepers, some bird sighting and some animal tracks.
