50 degrees and high winds today- made for wet conditions on the trail and a soaked boot. Was a lovely walk/jog in the woods though. Hoping to try it with the cross country skis once the snow hits. Be forewarned- not a very defined trailhead- just walk from the large beach parking lot counterclockwise and you'll find the north pond loop trailhead by the road.

Nice post freeze hike, would imagine it is a wet hike other times of the year

North Pond Loop. Nice local hike. Trail in good condition. A little swampy in places; crosses over a few small streams. No real views, but a nice walk through the woods. Might be buggy in the summer. Can easily increase distance by tacking on Blackburnian Loop, South Pond Loop, or Tyler Swamp Loop
