It was a great trail, but there is tons of poison ivy and poison sumac. The overlook is beautiful!

A nice mix of open salt marsh walking and lightly forested hiking. Watch out for some poison ivy in the forest. Very nice!

Great hike from Salt Pond Visitor Center to Coast Guard Beach. The path through the woods is well marked and worn. Between 4-5 miles and very relaxing.

This is an absolutely gorgeous trail. It is easy, and the variety between the ponds, woods, and Coast Guard Beach are amazing. Just use your bug spray!

This series of trails can take you by foot or bike from the Eastham Salt Pond National Seashore Visitors Center all the way to the ocean at Coast Guard Beach. It is a classic and excellent in woods and waterscapes
