Trail route is largely around former Medfield State Hospital grounds. Plenty of parking in field near entrance or on the property when no work is going on. Part of these trails overlap with the Bay Circuit Trail and Dover Sherborn HS wilderness cross country trails. To the south and adjacent to this property are the Medfield town baseball and soccer fields. A wonderful area!

Had a great run today. Parked out in the field near the entrance as some construction is going on currently at the Hospital property. Ran down the trail leading to the Charles River then around and up to the Dover-Sherborn wilderness X/C track. Came around the east side of the Medfield State Hospital property and passed the water tower on my way down to the soccer fields. Kind of wet and mucky today but, as usual, a great trail run.
