Ball Hill Trail begins and ends near the swimming beach at Crow Hill Pond. It rises, steeply at times, through forest and fields of ferns. Several stone walls are interrupted by the trail. It is sometimes narrow, muddy in patches and quite rocky where the soil has washed away.

Great place for a quick in/out hike. A lot of the trails are double track. To clarify the comments below, the trails are not blazed well but each juncture has a trail sign so it's easy to navigate. I'll definitely be back!
