Perfect for a sunny day morning. Moderate traffic, many with their dogs. Nice views and well marked.

Parked at the boat ramp and did and put and back on the trail. Very muddy at the beginning but there are nice boards to keep you out of the mud the entire time. Trail winds a root covered path alongside the pond. Pretty water lilies and scenic spots.

Nice trail. Very well marked. Saw a couple of tiny frogs and snakes. Not as many bugs as I expected being so close to the lake. Lots of shade which is nice on a hotter day.

It’s a great trail - but it’s not a secret. Very busy. Easy to follow, can’t really get lost. Great spots to simply take a break along the lake ( or reservoir, or pond, whatever it is, it’s very pleasant to watch.

Nice walk. Was a bit busy near the beginning, but once we got to the loop we ran into people less. Beautiful water. Not really buggy. Saw some wild life. Will definitely return and explore more. Good for most levels, does get a bit rocky/rooty in places. Definitely not suitable for a stroller, but I would say easy to moderate. As we were leaving the place was getting packed. Few dogs off leash.

Great trail! Watch out for the turtles. A few bugs, but manageable.
