Great birding/dog walking loop. Definitely take the trail easement to Ocean View Farm for a great vista. This is my favorite trail on the Vineyard.

Nice wooded trail, burbling brook, no vistas except across a small meadow where a foundation was partially enclosed by a fence. Not good for bikes near Middle Road (board walk with steps and sharp turns) Highly recommend extending your stroll to the Ocean View Farm Preserve with its spectacular view.
