Fun loop. Beautiful trails. Some fun ups and downs. There is poison Ivy lining the trails, not in the way though.

Some good views. A little bit sunnier than I would have liked. Good stuff though.

Great hike. A lot of shade and beautiful views of the pond. Some rocky patches and a few decent hills toward the end. Loved it.

Great trail around the lake! Have a trail map with you due to a few intersecting trails along the route. BE AWARE OF TICS, we had 4 on or dog who stayed on the trail...

A lot of the woodlands along this trail is off limits, actually I think all of the woodlands are, going down to the water. This was a much more taxing run than the long river in Mashpee. The elevation was a bit extreme, as I went right at first and looped around. Mostly uphill in this direction but entertaining if you’re looking to push yourself to the edge of your 3.5-4.2 mi trail runs. This one is all about pace if you don’t want to end up stopping because of the hills around every corner. I enjoyed this run a lot, it’s my fourth run of the year and gave me the challenge I needed. 7/10.

On a sunny day this loop around the reservoir is unmatched. You follow a gravel road, so it’s tick free and easy walking. Moderate use in the summer not much in the winter. It’s gentle up-and-down. I wish there were more trails like it. One of my very favorites. in terrain, beauty and length.

Really nice, moderate walk around Long Pond, the source of Falmouth’s drinking water. Wide trails, pretty views of the pond. It’s hard to find longer hikes like this on the Upper Cape, so stumbling on this one was a very pleasant surprise.

Nice wide trail but it needs some signage especially if you have the pond on your left the entire time. If you have the pond on your right at all times, no signs are necessary.

Awesome trail. Bring plenty of water. Pretty tough on the slopes for me anyway. Beautiful views.

Nice hike around long pond. We had difficulty finding it as there are no signs. We parked at the top of water pump road and walked to the pumping station. Luckily the attendant gave us directions. When you get to the pond turn left. Bear right all the way around the pond. There are no markings or signs. It's a nice trail with some nice views of the pond

Great trail, wide and well kept despite it being January. Just enough elevation changes to get the blood flowing. Close to the road but secluded enough that you don't hear too many cars. I enjoyed it quite a bit and will definitely go back.

Great hike today! Very wide trails with nice views of the lake. Took 1:45 to get around the loop with a few minor breaks. 2.9 mph avg.. speed. Would recommend for all ages. Some good terrain...took a left at the pump house. A few bikers and hikers seen out there. Overall not crowded and very peaceful.

I love it in all Seasons and plan on trying my snowshoes this Winter. The paths are wide and rolling in sections. There is construction going on for a Water Treatment building so a part may be closed but it was still open in the last week.

I didn't even know this was "here" until yesterday. It was a nice EASY (not moderate) hike. Kids and older people will have no problem. Well worth the visit :)

I walk/run this trail at least twice a week. It's beautiful scenery, and plenty of local wildlife.
