Nice easy trail. Great for dogs. ups and downs but quite nice.
Nice trail. Challenging enough to get some exercise but great for all ages. The combination of open fields and woods is nice. Many butterflies, crickets and dragonflies to watch out for! Should be noted that as of August there is some construction at Howe. The loop trails reviewed here are open but any trails near the rangers house at the end of the access road are closed.
very beautiful forest with nicely made trails. perfect for my dog and I
Enjoyable hike across a large field and hill and some woodland trails. Bit of an incline and with mud can be adventurous. I’d rate this easy/moderate due to the middle part of the loop. I recommend taking the path up the hilly field and not the adjacent access road at the start. Better views and nicer conditions.
