LOVED this trail! It started out with a small walk through a field with some wildflowers and butterflies (And a small alpaca farm to the left). The main trail was clearly marked with lots of smaller wooden boardwalks in addition to the two large ones. There were only a few roots, rocks and muddy spots so it was a fairly easy walk. The views from the two larger boardwalks were beautiful!!! It should be noted that this trail connects with the Frank Knolls Little River Reserve. The large boardwalks are shared with both trails.

This is a well kept trail that offers a unique hiking experience that includes salt marshes with board walks, a suspension bridge and old foundations . We followed the red trail ( I believe there are 4 different trails offered) and it was a relatively easy hike. An outhouse would have come in handy.
