Easy trails and good for dogs. No one around this past weekend so it was quite peaceful. Just avoid soggy bottom trail right now since it’s basically a swamp.

Nature trips

Wanted to try somewhere new after walking my dog a million times at Fort Barton.I followed the app's GPS having never been before. It took me to a small gravel driveway with a "Visitor's Parking" sign. Upon closer investigation, the trail was closed due to COVID-19.

Start off at the parking lot on Indian Town Rd. in Fall River, MA the trail starts across the street from the Parking lot or you can go behind the parking lot if you want to go in the opposite direction. You will see lots of stone walls ane the stone foundation of Isaac Millers former home.continue on and enjoy hiking down the nice wide trails that were forerly roads that horses and carraiges used to be on them years ago. Stop at Ed Shed if you brought a lunch and enjoy a picnic there before continuing on with the rest of your hike.

Walked the trail June18. Trail needs maintenance from fallen trees. Is there a cleaning date for this trail?

One of our family's favorite hikes. Beautiful old, wide and flat trails lined with stone walls. Make your way out to the Ed Shed for a picnic and check out the nearby vernal pool. Can be a little buggy during the summer.
