We linked some other trails (multi use) to form a loop. Really nice picnic spots downstream.

Nice hike along the Westfield River, lots of spots to wade in. The trail itself is an old dirt road.

Very easy hike! Beautiful place to pack a lunch and sit on the rocks alongside the river. People were biking, fishing, and tubing.

This is a fantastic place to visit. There are two trails, one leads along the gorge and the other is a dirt road. Both meet up about .5 miles from the parking lot. Great views and if you walk down the dirt road you get to see more of the river and it takes you to the Gilbert A. Bliss State Forest. There are a handful of great historical landmarks on the East Branch of the Westfield River as well. It's amazing how the gorge was formed centuries ago.
